It is getting toward the end of the year. As the leader of your business it is time to take stock of your progress this year. If you’ve been thinking about your life, your values and what constitutes a meaningful life to you, now is the time to take a measurement. How close are you to your vision? How successful are you at meeting your goals? Is your business profitable? How do you know?
If you completed a revenue model, (part of my self-coaching course) You have an easy way to evaluate your business success. Look at your numbers. Were your projections realistic? Are your numbers consistent month after month? What changes do you need to make to grow in the coming year?
If you’ve been coaching with me over this past year, you would know your current financial status because the numbers on your Current Reality Analysis Worksheet precisely pinpoint your starting place and the progress you’ve made this year.
You would also know what you have accomplished this year because you would have written down a vision, a strategy, and your specific business, or life, goals.
If you suddenly find yourself contemplating the end of another year without any clear picture of what you have accomplished; or how effective your efforts have been at creating a profitable business; if your fabulous life still eludes you, it may be time to make some changes.
